The cost of counseling services at Bayside varies depending on the type of service you need.  Typically rates are $195-250 per hour for licensed therapists and $80-150 for Interns.  Payment is accepted by check, credit card, mobile pay or cash, and are due at the end of each session.  Because of scheduling demands, we also maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy in order that others can be seen if you are not able to make your appointment.

Typically we'll talk together about the things happening in your life - the crisis or feelings you're facing.  We'll also touch on things that may have happened in the past that may be contributing to your current challenges.  Our goal is to help you understand your own life better and figure out what you want your new life to look like.  Then we'll make a plan to chart a new direction and apply your insights into your daily life and relationships.

The frequency of counseling sessions with Bayside will depend on your individual needs and goals.  Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

Yes, everything we talk about is held in strictest confidence.  Counselors are legally and ethically bound to maintain confidentiality, unless express written permission is given by the client to share that information with specific others.  The only exceptions to confidentiality are when there is any form of child or elder abuse; or when someone is a serious threat to harm themselves or someone else.  In those cases, counselors are legally required to report to the appropriate authorities.

We do not work as a "provider," nor are we "in-network" with any insurance companies.  However depending upon your insurance plan, you may be able to obtain "out-of-network" reimbursements for counseling received.  We regularly help our clients with obtaining their "out-of-network" benefits and are happy to provide any documentation requested by your insurance company so you can file and receive those reimbursements directly from them.

The cost of life coaching services at Bayside varies depending on the type of service you feel that you need.  Typically rates are $100-200 per hour.  Payment is accepted by check, credit card, mobile pay or cash, and are due at the end of each session.  Please contact us directly to discuss your needs and our fees for service.

You will almost always hear back from our intake coordinator within 24-hours or one business day.  Our normal hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.  Depending on your availability and that of your counselor, and the nature of your call, we can usually see you within 24-72 hours.  Less urgent needs, or consulting requests, will usually be accommodated within one week of your call.
