About Us

As a Marriage and Family Therapist and business consultant, James holds graduate degrees in both psychology and theology.  For ten years, he worked with students and faculty at Stanford University as both a counselor and lecturer. 

As a non-profit professional, he has worked with students, singles, couples and families, and directed the Bay Area's largest and most highly acclaimed Divorce Recovery program. 

He has been the Sr VP of Marketing & Business Development for a NYSE company, raised capital to launch a startup and continues to hold various business interests.

James speaks regularly to business and non-profit groups on a variety of topics.  His first love has always been helping people become the person they want to be and inspiring them to achieve their dreams.

Cristina's career began with a love for people and helping others talk confidentially about their thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil to Melbourne, Australia and then, to the heart of Silicon Valley, she offers a unique blend of professional experience, international exposure, and a deep understanding of the tech industry.  With over 20 years in the Silicon Valley in key roles with Meta/Facebook, AOL, Primary Health, Gilead Sciences, Samsara Inc. and others, she now helps professionals navigate career growth and work-life balance. 

Cristina holds a Certificate in Life Coaching from the IAP, International Association of Professions Career College, a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree from Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.

Josh has invested his life in developing leaders and organizations, with over twenty-five years of leadership experience in a wide variety of roles: pastor, professor, journalist, and strategy consultant for Kaiser Permanente. 

In addition to his work with Bayside, Josh is CEO of Wisdom Partners, where he leads a team of rockstars supporting the founders of the next unicorns.   

He earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University focused on the deep development of leaders.  He has written and taught extensively on change, innovation, team-building, and leadership.  

Josh specializes in helping business leaders and companies identify strengths/weaknesses... etc.

Lately, Josh has taken up triathlons, where his motto is: “Anything worth doing is worth doing slowly.”

Linda is passionate about helping others live more content, joy-filled lives.

With a diverse background in management and consulting for numerous acclaimed organizations, including Google, The New York Times, and S&P Global, she has also led a nonprofit, and embraced the role of Family Manager. By blending her deep faith with extensive career experience, Linda offers valuable insights into the intersection of faith and everyday life.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from Binghamton University and is a devoted Christ-follower, wife, and mother to three wonderful children. Additionally, she is a proud dog mom to her sweet doodle, Noodle. In her free time, Linda enjoys kickboxing, exploring fun food spots, and seeking out adventurous experiences.
